10. Ticket Delivery Time and Method
    After your order and payment are completed, ticket details will be sent to the registered email address. Tickets are usually sent within 2-3 days of purchase. If you do not receive the email, please contact us.

11. Return and Cancellation Policy
    Except in cases of changes to the concert schedule or content, or cancellation due to our circumstances, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after ticket purchase.
    In the event of concert cancellation, we will provide instructions for refunds.
